In the year 1994, we started with a vision that Indians deserve an opportunity to pursue their dream career anywhere in the world. During that period, many companies provided recruitment solutions, but we noticed that something was missing. Quite often candidates were selected and placed in incorrect roles causing discontentment. Unfortunately, such issues persist to this day. In the year 2000, we got licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (License No. 3340/MUM/PER/1000+/3/5475/2000) and we have aimed to deliver quality recruitment experience for both employees and employers. We are cognizant of the fact that the cost of recruitment for companies is usually high, and our efficient operations cut down those costs for you. The measures we have set at our end are to ensure quality and efficient recruitment efforts. We are proud to share that we have a database of over 5,00,000 candidates and it grows daily thanks to our wonderful associate partners spread across India.
